Dannielle>I'm trying to set up new accounts in the city i'm moving too, and it's asking if we already have a modem, i just want to know if the modem we have here belongs to us or if we are leasing the equipment

Dannielle>I dont know, that's what i'm trying to figure out. All it says on my acct is that we have a modem and what kind of modem it is. it does not say if we purchase from TWC or if we are simply leasing it from TWC
